TAK-SI is not allowed to be a mediator and he leaves the press conference. BETTY invites TAK-SI and the others from Wai Chun Kong Wu to have BBQ at her garden. SUI-YEE is dissatisfied but she can't do anything. TIN-KONG appreciates TAK-SI for helping SUI-YEE to tackle the property ownership issue successfully.
